Sensium Sport enables a new generation of ultra-small, unobtrusive body-worn monitors to deliver information over a low-power Body Area Network, enabling near real-time evaluation of key performance measurements, including an athlete's temperature, cardiovascular data, and accelerometer data.

Sensium Sport is a small form-factor device that acquires information from sensors placed unobtrusively on the athlete’s body. This information is transferred to a host computer via an ultra-low power wireless link. The system provides complete freedom of movement and enables the athlete to train and perform unencumbered by measurement equipment.

For elite sports optimisation organisations, Sensium Sport transforms service quality and provision by delivering quality vital signs data – direct from the field – that can link directly into an electronic sports health record or IT system, providing detailed insight into performance factors that cannot yet be measured or predicted.
